For your computer at home we offer a whole range of services, from simple repairs, through to upgrades, installations, even new computers! All of our home based services are fixed price, so you know how much you will pay before you even call us.

There are 2 options for all of our services, firstly ' Collect & Return' where our engineer will collect your computer from you, and take it away for work. You can normally expect an initial telephone report on your computer within 24 hours, a course of action can be chosen, and once completed your computer will be returned to you at a time that is convenient.

Our other option is 'At Home' where our engineer will visit you in your home at an agreed time, and will work on your computer there and then, if it is found that the computer needs more substantial work, the engineer may suggest taking the computer away. If your computer requires a replacement part that we do not keep with us, then we will provide a quotation, and order the parts, and then either take the computer away for repair, or come back and continue the repair in your home.
